"Prior to engaging WW Works, we were very dissatisfied with our IT professional. Issues were not been explained clearly or in laymen terms, the technician was extremely moody, which resulted in our staff being stressed dealing with IT issues. In addition, the equipment was deficient and did not allow for company growth. remarkable and their response time to our queries and/or problems
is immediate. We were pleasantly surprised to be notified during
the weekend hours that our network server was down and within an
hour the problem was resolved, the network was restored with little
down time. Another example of their superior service was noted when
our on-site technician, Brent, immediately provided his cell phone
to Mr. Lesperance to use in the interim, as his was found to be
defective. When we were advised by numerous cellular
service providers that my employer would not be able to obtain this
version of iphone for several weeks, WW Works went above and beyond
to locate the phone for him within days.
Currently, with WW
Works, our computer systems and server run much more smoothly than
before and we are very confident in their services. They
always keep us apprised of the latest technology and they are
willing to adapt to suit our budget and IT needs. We trust WW
Works, as they have provided excellent IT advice and maintained the
services set out in our contract. WW Works and their staff
are not only professional, but are very personable and friendly,
which makes them feel like a part of our team.

“Before working with WW Works, we used a local IT supplier that we decided on due to their inexpensive pricing. We ended up running into problems with having conflicting opinions on which technologies were the best for our business. We also had problems with the different technicians that were sent out not knowing our systems, and we had to spend time re-explaining our systems so they could troubleshoot the problem.
