Simply stated, we take the stress and headaches out of IT for businesses, by looking after all aspects of our clients' technology. We started in 1990 with the attitude that technology should serve the needs of the business, not the other way around.

How does it work, what’s included, and how much does it cost?
Lets get cost out of the way up front. ServiceWorks™, probably like your services and products, is an excellent value, and is not cheap. Also, like your services and products, is not designed to appeal to every business. Check out our ServiceWorks™ Frequently Asked Questions page (under construction) and find out if ServiceWorks™ is a fit for your business . Costing is unique to every client, and is based on many variables including the technologies being supported, the size of the network, number of locations etc. Fees can range from several hundred dollars per month to several thousand depending on the scope of the engagement.

- Daily Server and network Health Checks - Keeping an eye on your system every day to make sure everything is running well. Monthly onsite server and network Health Checkup. On site 26 point comprehensive system check up and backup / restore testing.
- Monthly Disaster Recovery Testing - Sleep well knowing that your critical business data can be restored in the event of an emergency 24 Hour system monitoring. Our Network Operation Centre constantly monitors your systems to let us know instantly if there is a problem lurking beneath the surface.

What’s not included?
Not much! We don’t want you or your staff to think twice

department down the hall at their beck and call, we are just down
the road, or on the other end of the phone ready to take care of
you and your staff whenever you need us. We are your IT
department!
ServiceWorks(tm) was designed to include everything possible to
keep your network optimized, monitored and managed, with your staff
fully looked after, day in, day out. In addition to these services,
we are also your one stop shop for computers, laptops, servers,
printers, consumables, network
equipment and software.
So the only things that are not included are the one off type projects like:

- 3rd party custom software installations
- Network cabling installations
- Phone system support
- New server installation projects*
