SUPPORT:

There are two kinds of help our clients need.

1 Regular Support:
Regular or NON EMERGENCY support is for requesting service for items that are not causing you a lot of trouble, but need to get looked after. For example, if your printer is making a squeaky sound, but is still working ok, that is regular support. If you would like a new Email address set up, that is regular support. If your PC is a little slow, but still running ok, that is regular support. You get the idea.
You can tell if you need regular support, because your heart rate and respiration are normal, and you probably aren’t sweating!

Select option 2, then option 2 again to reach our support queue. During business hours (8-5, M-F) our dedicated service coordinator Fred Capretta is here to answer your call and take care of you!
Outside of business hours, please leave a message, and your call will be returned promptly the next business morning.

By Email:
If you would prefer to Email your regular support request, no problem! Email your request to support@wwworks.com

You will get an immediate notification that we have received your request, and Fred will contact you in less than 60 minutes to take care of you.

Emergency (yikes!) Support:
Call us at 905 332 5844, Option 2, then Option 1. This will bypass Fred and go directly to our 24 hour answering service who will track down our on call service technician. Our on call service technician will call you back immediately! We have engaged with an answering service because if Fred is already helping another client, we want to make sure you still speak with a live person. We know that when you have an emergency, the last thing you want is to leave a message on a machine wondering when it will be heard.
